活性炭填料塔FeSO4液相催化氧化脱硫

摘    要:对活性炭及瓷拉西环两种填料用自来水进行脱硫对比实验,证明无论是等宏观表面积还是等填料层高度,活性炭填料的脱硫率均高于瓷拉西环。在活性炭填料塔中进行了FeSO4液相催化氧化脱硫实验,考察了液气比、空塔气速、吸收温度及SO2进口浓度对脱硫率的影响。综合实验结果表明,连续运行500min时,脱硫率及吸收液pH分别稳定在93.5%以上及4.6左右,且两者的变化趋势基本一致。

Abstract:The two fillers of activated carbon and porcelain Raschig ring were contrasted in tap water desulphurization experiments. The results indicate that the SO2 removal efficiency of activated carbon is higher than that of porcelain Raschig ring, with either same macroscopic surface areas or same filler layer heights. In an activated carbon packed column, an experiment on desulphurization by liquid phase catalytic oxidation with FeSO4 was carried out and the effects of liquid-gas ratio, superficial gas flow rate, absorption temperature and concentration of inlet SO2 were studied. The synthesis experimental results show that after continuous running for 500 min, the removal rate of SO2 and pH of the absorbing liquid can keep up more than 93.5 % and about 4.6 respectively, and their change trend are almost consistent.
