城市化地区径流系数及其应用

摘    要:从城市环境的特点出发。介绍了由美国水土保持局提出的计算径流量方法(SCS法)。通过杭州市不同功能区和上海青浦香花桥镇暴雨径流量的实例计算。对美国SCS法进行了修正。确定了适合计算上海附近城市化地区径流系数的理论方法.为城市水文、水环境研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Based on the character of urban environment, the authors introduced SCS method, put forward by Soil Conservation Service, USA, and calculated the runoff volume of various functional zones in Hangzhou and Xianghuaqiao in Shanghai, to amend the SCS hydro-logic methods. Using amended SCS hydrologic methods, to determine the calculating method of urban rainfall-runoff coefficient which is more suitable to Shanghai and other urban area, and provided the references for urban hydrology and water environmental study.
