摘    要:以卧龙自然保护区土壤中POPs的含量为研究对象,利用MS-MS方法测定POPs在该地区土壤中的含量,其中PCBs含量范围为0.046~1.14ng/g,DDT含量范围为0.42~8.88ng/g,HCH含量范围为0~56.61ng/g,HCB含量范围为7.77~28.41ng/g,并与它们在世界其他地区的含量进行比较,论证了其作为清洁对照区研究POPs迁移规律的合理性。

Abstract:This study taking concentration of POPs in soil in the national nature reserve of WoLong as study object,the concentration of POPs was measured through the method of MS-MS.The measured values as such: the rang of PCBs' concentration is from 0.046ng/g to1.14ng/g,that of DDT's concentration is from 0.42 ng/g to 8.88 ng/g,that of HCH's concentration is from 0 ng/g to 56.61 ng/g,that of HCB's concentration from 7.77 ng/g to 28.41 ng/g.The rationality taking the national nature reserve of WoLong as pure background areas was proved through comparing the concentration of POPs in the national nature reserve of WoLong with that in the global areas.
