摘    要:湿地作为地球三大生态系统之一,因其独特的生态结构和功能受到越来越广泛的关注。加强公众的湿地教育,提高人们的湿地保护意识,让更多的人参与到湿地保护工作中来,已成为人们关注的热点。文章从中国湿地教育与公众参与的需要出发,分析了目前中国湿地教育及公众参与的现状及存在的问题,并从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化形式角度探讨了湿地教育与公众参与的实施。

Abstract:More and more attention has been widely paid to wetland as one of three ecosystems, for its special ecological structure and function, In order to attach more people to wetland protection, strengthening education and improving conscious of protecting wetland has been hot issue. Starting from necessities of wetland education and public participation, status quo and problem existing has been analyzed for it in our study, and its implementation has been discussed from the view of material euhure, system culture and spiritual culture.
