| 摘 要： | BOT作为市政基础建设的一种投融资方式,已经开始广泛地运用在城市污水处理厂的建设中,但目前缺乏完善的法律法规.根据污水处理厂BOT项目运作的实践,探讨了BOT项目投融资方式财务评估,可供BOT投资商决策时参考.

| Abstract: | BOT as one kind of invest and financing mode in municipal construction,has been widely applied in the constructon municipal sewage treatment plant,but lacks of completed rules ad laws now.In this paper based on the practice of BOT projet,finance evaluation on invest and financing mode for BOT project is discussed,which can be used as references to BOT investors. |
