| 摘 要： | 市场经济对现行的环境经济政策提出了严峻的挑战。在分析现行的环境经济政策实施状况和存在问题的基础上，提出市场机制下我国的环境经济政策体系框架，包括价格、税收、投资信贷、市场刺激，以及环境与经济核算等5个领域。

| Abstract: | The current environmental. economic policies are facing new challenges under market economy. Based on the analysis of the implementation and existing problems of current environmental econmic policies,this paper proposes the framework of environmental economic policies under market economy in China, including price,tax,investment and credit, market-based incentives and environment and economy accounting. |
