摘    要:研究了以5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,利用三阶导数光谱法,在碱性介质中同时测定铜和锌。该法测定铜,锌的表观三阶导数摩尔吸光系数分别为1.0×10^5一3.0×10^5,同时解决也谱带相互重叠干扰问题,对人发中铜和锌进行测定,得到了满意结果。

Abstract:In this paper the simultaneous determination of zinc and copper with 5-Br-PADAP at PHS.5 by using derivative spectrophotometry has been studied.The malar derivative absorption coefficients of zinc and copper are 3.0×105 and 1.0×105 respectively.The interference of overlapped spectra was overcome.Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of zinc and copper in hair.
