包头市“十五”及2015固体废弃物环境保护规划

该文对固体废弃物规划的目的、意义和包头市固体废弃物现状及存在的问题进行了论述。在现状调查的基础上，根据“十五”及２０１５年的经济、社会、人口及国民经济发展规划，预测了“十五”及２０１５年固体废弃物的产生量、综合利用量、综合利用率以及实现规划目标的可达性及达标途径进行了分析，提出了“十五”及２０１５年固体废弃物防治规划及环保工程项目。该规划的实施将对包头市固体废弃物污染防治起到指导作用。

THE TENTH FIVE-YEAR AND UP TO 2015 PLANNING OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF SOLID WASTES

In the paper, the purpose and significance of solid wastes planning and the situation and the existing problems in Bao Tou were elaborated. On the basis of investigation , according to the economical ,social,population and national economic development planning for the tenth five-year and up to 2015, it predicted the output, overall-utilized amount and rate of solid wastes, and analyzed the possibility and ways to get the anticipated purpose . The projects of prevention and controi of solid wastes during the tenth five-year and up to 2015 were suggested.
