摘    要:用微波消解土壤,然后电热板加热驱酸的方法对土壤样品进行前期处理,并与标准法相比较,克服了标准法中湿法溶样的缺点,该法溶样完全、简便快速、消耗试剂量少,相对标准偏差均小于4.8%,回收率分别在96.1%~102.3%和94.0%~98.7%之间,具有较好的精密度和较高的回收率。

Abstract:Soil was dissolved with microwave and heated up to drive away acid on electric cooker before determination. Pb (Ⅱ) and Cd (Ⅱ) ions were then separated by extraction of their iodide anionic complexes with MIBK from a phosphoric acid medium. The method was improved in comparison with standard method, with complete dissolving, simplicity and rapidness, and a little of reagent consumption. RSD for lead and cadmium was found less than 4.8% and recovery efficiency in the ranges of 96.1% to 102.3% for lead and 94.0% to 98.7% for cadmium, which had a better precision and relative high recovery efficiency.
