摘    要:对可燃气体 (液体蒸气 )、可燃粉尘的最小点火能测试中的影响因素进行了分析总结 ,并结合实验分析了求得最小点火能精确值所需要的环境条件和设备设施条件———敏感条件 ;分析了敏感条件下运用常规测试方法和常规计算公式中存在较大误差的原因 ,进而提出了相对准确合理的测试方法及计算公式———直接积分法及拟合近似积分法 ,从而大大降低了误差度 ,获得了比较符合实际的数据。

Abstract:The affecting factors in minimum ignition energy (MIE) measurements of flammable gases (liquid vapor) and dusts were analyzed and summarized. The sensitive conditions,including the optimal environment,and instruments and equipment conditions,for obtaining the precise value of MIE were discussed referring to experiments. The causation of greater error produced when employing routine measurement and calculation was analyzed,from which more precise and rational measurement and calculation methods were derived,namely direct integration and fitted approximate integration. The new approach could remarkably lower the calculation error and obtain more accurate value of MIE in compliance with reality.
