摘    要:膨胀石墨对甲基橙有极强的吸附脱色效果,但因其具有高分散、质轻等特点,在水体环境中存在难回收的问题,使其应用受到限制。为了增强膨胀石墨的可回收性,对磁性膨胀石墨的制备进行了研究,并考察其对甲基橙的吸附脱色效果,探讨了影响因素。利用SEM、XRD和磁滞回线对其微观形貌和磁性能进行了表征。结果表明,脱色率随着温度的升高而增大;对甲基橙的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式;最佳制备条件下,磁性纳米粒子在膨胀石墨表面负载效果良好,其饱和磁化强度为58.87 emu/g,在外加磁场下可被快速回收。

Abstract:Expanded graphite shows excellent adsorption ability for methyl orange (MO). However, it is difficult to be recovered from aqueous solution because of its high dispersion and low density. As a consequence, the practical application of expanded graphite in water treatment is restricted. In order to solve the recycle problem, magnetic expanded graphite(MEG)was prepared by depositing cobalt ferrite nanoparticles on expanded graphite. The adsorption capacity of MEG for MO and influencing factors of adsorption were studied. The microcosmic performance and magnetic property of MEG were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray powder diffraction and hysteresis loop, respectively. The results show that adsorption capacity of MEG for MO increases with temperature. The adsorption behavior of MEG for MO matched the Langmuir adsorptive isotherm. Under optimum preparation conditions, magnetic nanoparticles can be deposited on the surface of graphite effectively. The maximum saturation magnetic intensity of MEG can reach 58.87 emu/g, which means MEG can be recovered quickly under applied magnetic field.
