摘    要:使用国标《碱性过硫酸钾氧化-紫外分光光度法》(GB11894—1989),测定地面水、地下水中的总氮时,在严格按该方法的原理,分析步骤操作的情况下,依然会出现空白值偏高、有时总氮测定值小于氨氮测定值的情况,而找不出问题的所在。本文参阅有关技术资料并根据工作实际经验,对碱性过硫酸钾紫外分光光度法测定总氮常见问题进行了总结、分析和研究,找出了实验中出现问题的原因并进行了验证。
