高压正脉冲电晕脱硫脱硝和除尘相互影响的研究

摘    要:采用SO2、NO和飞灰与空气混合而成的模拟烟气和纳秒级脉冲电源,研究高压正脉冲电晕脱硫脱硝和除尘之间的相互影响关系。实验结果表明,飞灰本身就有脱硫作用,但没有脱氮作用;飞灰和氨水对SO2的脱除作用基本上为两者单独脱除作用之和;飞灰可使电晕对SO2的氧化量降低;SO2可改善高压正脉冲电晕对飞灰的收集效果。实验和理论分析表明,脱硫脱硝和除尘可以在一个反应器或一个多电场的静电除尘器中同时实现。

Abstract:Mutual effect of DeSO_2/DeNO_x and removal of fly ash from simulated flue gas,which was made by combining SO_2 NO_x and fly ash with air,was studied by utilizing high voltage positive pulse corona produced by nanosecond pulse voltage generator.Ash can remove sulfur oxides but cannot remove nitrogen oxides.Function of DeSO_2 by fly ash plus function of DeSO_2 by ammonia spirit equals roughly the function by fly ash and ammonia spirit combined together.The amount of SO_2 oxidized by corona was reduced because of presence of fly ash in the flue gas;and the Collecting efficiency for fly ash by means of high voltage positive pulse corona was improved because of presence of SO_2 in the flue gas. Experimental results and theoretical analysis suggest that it is possible to integrate the DeSO_2/DeNO_x corona process with the fly ash collection system in a reactor or a electrostatic precipitator with several electric fields.
