| 摘 要： | 建设项目竣工环境保护验收是我国环境保护管理的重要手段,是环境监测依法为环境管理提供技术支持、技术监督和技术服务的直接途径,也是落实"三同时"管理制度的重要环节.结合实际工作,对新疆境内建设项目竣工环保验收中存在的问题进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了对策和建议.

| Abstract: | Construction project completion and acceptance of environmental protection in China is the important means of environmental management, the direct pathway of environmental monitoring in accordance with the law for environ-mental management to provide technical support, technical supervision and technical services, but also the important link of implement the＂ three simultaneous＂ management system. Combined with practical work, the paper analyzed the existing problems in construction project completion and acceptance of environmental protection in Xinjiang, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. |
