| 摘 要： | 文章首先从人地关系密集程度、耕地利用投入水平、耕地利用效果与投资潜力三方面构建了扬中市耕地利用衣其社会经济环境评价指标体系，并对指标值进行标准化处理，其次运用标度方法，通过矩阵运算求得各指标权重，据此测算得各镇耕地利用及社会经济环境评价价值，从而为确定各镇耕地开发利用水平和开发利用政策措施提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper set up the evaluation index of cultivated land utilization and its society-economy evaluation in Yangzhong city,and treated these index by standardization. Then,the demarcation demarcation is used to dertermine the weights of evaluation index. Based on two above,the outhor calculated the evaluation value of 11 towns. |
