Analysis and suggestions on the flue gas desulfurization status in Shanghai power plants

The status of the flue gas desulfurization in the Shanghai power plants was introduced. The selection of the desulfurization technology and the efficiency of the desulfurization were analyzed. It elucidated that the characters and limit of the limestone wet process which was used in the flue gas desulfurization in China. It also discussed the necessity and feasibility that built the marketable pollution permits, some questions and precautionary measure of the flue gas desulfurization equipments were put forward.
