摘    要:介绍了利用硫铁矿烧渣制备的硫酸亚铁为原料制备高纯软磁用α Fe2 O3的基本原理、制备工艺 ,以及对工艺过程的影响因素进行了探讨 ,得到了制备高纯软磁用α Fe2 O3的适合条件 ,并对高纯软磁用α Fe2 O3的工业化生产做了经济估算

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principles and production process of the preparing α-Fe_2O_3 for a high pure soft magnet through ferrous sulfate made from pyrite residue;and also discusses the influencing factors of the technological process,by which suitable conditions of making α-Fe_2O_3 for the high pure soft magnet are obtained.Finally an economic estimation of its industrialized production is also done.
