摘    要:针对某医药公司在制取胰岛素过程中产生的高浓度废水,采用预处理(酒精回收-盐水投配-除油)-倒A2O-接触氧化-化学除磷组合工艺进行调试,其处理效果明显,出水各项指标均能达标,同时对工艺中存在的缺陷进行了分析。

Abstract:During extracting and purifing of insulin,many kinds of high concentrated wastewater will be produced. The united technology including pretreatment method(alcohol recover-salt solution well-distributed- removing oil),reverse A2O,contact oxidation and chemical phosphorus removing method was adopted to treat the wastermater. The treatment effect was obvious.Every quality index of the wastewater effluent could meet the national standard.Simultaneously the design defects were analyzed.
