| 摘 要： | 首次报道了三峡库区鲤鱼（Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓｃａｒｐｉｏ）、铜鱼（Ｃｏｒｅｉｕｓｈｅｔｅｒｏｄｏｎ）、长吻鱼危（Ｌｅｉｏｃａｓｉｓｌｏｎｇｉｒｓｔｒｉｓ）和翘嘴鱼白（Ｃｕｌｔｅｒａｌｂｕｅｎｕｓ）各组织器官中甲基汞的含量水平，以及地表水甲基汞的浓度。证明鱼体肌肉中甲基含量最高，其次为肝脏、肾脏、脾脏。各组织器官中甲基汞含量与有机汞、无机汞和总贡含量呈显著线性关系；水库鲤鱼甲基汞含量高于河流鲤鱼；三峡库区江段江水甲基汞浓度与加拿大未被污染湖泊湖水相当。

| Abstract: | Content of methylmercury in Cyprinus carpio,Coreius heterodon,Leiocassis longirostris and Culter alburnus in the Three gorge Reservoir area is reported for the first time.Methylmercury content in muscle was higher than that in liver,kidney and spleen.It was significantly correlated to organic mercury,inorganic mercury and total mercury content in various organs.Methylmercury content in the common carp from reservoirs was higher than those from rivers.Methylmercury concentration of river water was similar to that of unpolluted lake water of Canada. |
