摘    要:农药呋哺丹,其化学名称为7-(N-甲基-氨甲酰氧基)-2.2-二甲基-2.3-二氢苯并呋喃,呋喃丹防治水稻害虫非常有效,但由于呋喃丹的高毒及高水溶性使人们不得不考虑稻区使用呋喃丹对周围水体的污染情况。Koeppe、吴加伦和作者前期的工作证实了这种情况的存在。农药对水中各级生物的影响及相互作用是现行水质标准建立的重要依据,本文着重研究了鱼、蚌对水中呋喃丹的吸收和排除,目的在于为评价自然水体中鱼、蚌对呋喃丹蓄积的可能性及呋喃丹对鱼、蚌影响的持久性提供依据。

Abstract:There was no significant accumulation of carbofuran in the fish Tilapia nilotica,but a slight accumulation occurred in the clam Anodonta woodiana. Depuration of carbofuran in the fish and clam after being transfered to carbofuran-free water was rapid.Depuration of carbofuran from dead clam was much slower than living ones. This indicated that physiological and biochemical processes had a significant effect on the depuration of carbofuran from the clams.It was shown that clams could reduce the pH value in water. Because of biodegradation by the clams,the degradation of carbofuran in water was enhanced.In a simulation experiment,it was shown that absorption of carbofuran by bottom mud was not significant.
