| 摘 要： | 为解决城市扩张产生的一系列生态问题，提供较高的生态服务功能，开展了生态功能区规划建设。依据沈阳市与抚顺市的区位关系，文中总结了沈阳城市东部生态功能保护区建设规划的小尺度空间规划方法，并讨论了对抚顺市的区际意义。
