Analysis on the Acceptance of Standardized Canteen Established in A Railway District

According to 18 tasks in 4 categories of standardized canteen management assessment and assessment form,the unit that has applied for the establishment of standardized canteen in a railway jurisdiction shall be checked and accepted.The results show that the unified comprehensive management,sanitary cleaning of equipment,health management of personnel,sanitation and cleanliness of places are in place,and the deduction points are mainly focused on the control of oil and salt food,strict inspection of incoming goods,unified information ledger and equipment container identification.Based on the examination and acceptance,some suggestions are put forward,such as further strengthening the establishment of the standardized canteen,strengthening the division of labor and cooperation among various departments,publicizing and popularizing the knowledge of food safety and health,and comprehensively utilizing the hardware facilities.
