| 摘 要： | 从培训针对性、培训方式等方面阐述铁路动车段劳动安全教育现状,结合动车段特点,提出构建专业安全、通用安全、季节性安全3个组成部分的劳动安全教育框架,并通过课堂教学、互联网媒介、检查教育等安全教育渠道,实现提高职工安全敬畏意识、安全防范意识的目的,为保证劳动安全教育培训效果提供了一种思路.

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the present situation of labor safety education in railway EMU depot from the aspects of training pertinence and training methods.Combining with the characteristics of EMU depot,this paper puts forward the construction of labor safety education framework with three components:professional safety,general safety and seasonal safety.Through classroom teaching,Internet media,inspection education,it can achieve the purpose of improving employees'awareness of safety awe and safety prevention,and provide a solution for ensuring the effect of labor safety education and training. |
