| Abstract: | The flushing and emptying performance of the vacuum toilet bowl of passenger train is affected by many factors,which interact with each other.In order to achieve a better flushing and emptying performance with less water volume and improve the cleaning performance of the system,the curved surface and flushing flow pattern of the bedpan was analyzed and designed,and the characteristics of two different flushing flow patterns,swirl and sector,were compared,and the influence of different design parameters and installation positions on flushing and emptying effect was analyzed.Finally,the installation position of flushing nozzle and spray direction of swirl nozzle were verified by experimental research. |
