广州城市人工水系统中军团菌的发生和分布

摘    要:综合运用平板分离法、半巢式PCR和EnviroAmp PCR反向杂交检测试剂盒,对广州市部分人工水系统中条件致病菌军团菌属细菌进行分离和检测.结果表明,虽然阳性率随着采样时间和地点的不同而有所差异,但总体来说,广州市人工水系统中存在较高程度的军团菌的污染,中央空调冷却塔水中军团菌阳性率平均为84%,个别路段甚至达到了100%,自来水池中则达到了35%,,但在后者的水样中没有检测到最常见的致病菌嗜肺军团菌.对各种培养方法的优劣及军团菌的季节性发生和分布进行了初步讨论.图2表2参16

Abstract:Legionella are opportunistic pathogens which normally live in water,in soil and within free-living unicellular protozoa and can cause pneumonia known as Legionnaires' disease which has been reported frequently all over the world since 1980's. To investigate the occurrence and distribution of Legionella in Guangzhou,a combination of plating isolation,seminested PCR and EnviroAmp PCR reverse hybridization kit was used to isolate and detect the Legionella from man-made water systems which were proved to be the source of infectious aerosols contaminated with Legionella . The seminested PCR results showed that the positive rate of the samples from water-cooling towers was 84% in average,even up to 100% in 3 of 9 sampling sites. The positive rate of tape water was 35%,though L. pneumophila was not found. These results demonstrate high Legionella -contaminating degree in Guangzhou man-made water systems, although the positive rate slightly fluctuates along with the sampling time and places. The disadvantage and advantage of each detective method used in this research,and seasonal occurrence and distribution of Legionella are also discussed in this paper. Fig 2,Tab 2,Ref 16
