小球藻对水中有机酸类稀土配合物的富集

摘    要:通过MINTEQA2程序研究了稀土有机酸类配合物在小球藻中的生物富集作用,结果表明:富集作用可用表面配合模型(SurfaceCoordinationModel)来解释,对同一稀土而言,其富集能力的大小与其有机酸1:1配合物的稳定常数呈负相关,稀土一EDTA,NTA〉Citrate,Tartrate的配合物在小球藻中的富集能力小于相应的稀土离子,而稀土而与Acetate的配合物要大于相应的稀土离子。

Abstract:In this paper, the speciations of rare earth (RE) in aquatic phase were calculated by MINTEQA2 computer program and the bioconcentration of rare earth La, Gd, Y and their organic acid complexes were investigated simultaneously. The results indicated that the kinetics and thermodynamics of the bioconcentration could be explained by the surface coordination model. For the single rare earth element,the bioconcentration abilities had a negative corelation with the stability constants of their 1 : 1 organic acid complexes. The bioconcentration abilities of rare earth-organic acid complexes such as RE-ED-TA, RE-NTA, RE-CIT and RE-TAR were lower than their corresponding rare earth ions,while RE-ACE was higher than its corresponding rare earth ion.
