| 摘 要： | 在事故发生后,如何快速确定疏散范围以及使应急疏散成本最低是重大事故发生后,应急指挥人员需要解决的一个重要问题。本文在事故后果模拟的基础上,确定了单种灾害和多种灾害发生时应急疏散范围,并结合GIS将需要疏散的建筑物标识出来,最后建立了应急疏散最优模型,确定应急疏散的最优方案。本文的研究为应急指挥决策者提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | It is import to confirm the evacuation region and reduce the cost of evacuation to emergency manager after accident happened.Firstly,at he base of accident result simulation,the evacuation region of single accident and multiplicate accident is confirmed.Secondly,the evacuation buildings are marked with GIS technology.Thirdly,the best evacuation model is set.The model is helpful to emergency manager to make evacuation measure. |
