摘    要:随着配电网供电可靠性要求不断提高,针对传统的配电网抢修模式和电力内网移动抢修模式抢修效率低、故障恢复时间长、不满足供电可靠性要求等问题,提出了基于PMS2.0系统的配电网故障抢修平台建设及应用。应用结果表明:该平台融合了资产、业务、营销、地理信息等多种数据资源,实现自动接单、派工、故障研判、工单合并、抢修过程可控、抢修现场可视化,提高配电网故障抢修效率,缩短用户停电时间,提升了用户满意度。

Abstract:With the higher and higher requirements of power supply reliability for the distributionnetwork, the traditional rush-repairs mode of the distribution network and the mobile rush-repairsmode of the power interior network exist low efficiency, long-time recovery and unsatisfiedrequirements of the power supply reliability. Aiming at the above problems the construction and appli-cation of faults rush-repairs platform of the distribution network based on PMS2. 0 were proposed.The application results show that the platform integrated various data resources such as assets, busi-ness , marketing and geographical information to realize the automatic receipt , work distribution, faultsdiagnosis, work sheets combination, controllable rush-repair process and visualization of the rush -repair site, which improved the efficiency of the faults rush repair, shortened the power outage time ofthe customers and promoted the customers satisfactions.
