火电机组灵活性改造锅炉技术方案的分析

摘    要:针对火电机组灵活性改造过程中锅炉可能存在的低负荷稳燃及选择性催化还原脱硝系统运行的问题,以国家能源集团新疆、甘肃、宁夏分公司所辖火电机组的灵活性改造可研为出发点,提出了几种改造方案,最终确定富氧燃烧和省煤器水旁路的改造方案,可为同类型机组进行灵活性改造提供技术参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the boiler low load steady combustion and selective catalytic reduction denitrifi-cation system operation existing in the process of the flexibility transformation for thermal power units ,from the points of the flexibility transformation feasibility study on the coal-fired units administratedby national energy group Xinjiang, Gansu and Ningxia Branch, several selective schemes were pres-ented, finally the improvement schemes of the oxygen combustion and economizer water bypass wereconfirmed, which can provide a certaion technological reference for the flexibility transformation of thesame type coal-fired units.
