摘    要:由于乡镇供电所配置的10 kV绝缘操作杆在使用过程中易造成磨损、挤压、金属部分生锈等不同程度的损伤,致使操作杆绝缘性能下降,达不到绝缘合格要求,为此设计了一种新型操作杆保护管。应用效果表明这个设计提高了安全工器具的使用寿命,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:10 kV insulation operating rods installed by the township power supply bureau are liable tomake abrasion, extrusion , tarnish of the metal parts during the operation , such damages will cause theinsulation performance degrading of the operating rod so as not to satisfy the demands of the insulationqualification. For that reason a kind of new type operating rod protective bushing is designed, The ap-plication results show that the design improves the service life of the safety tools and has a certainpractical value.
