| Abstract: | The weak link of the three level of Ningxia power communication network was analyzed.The measure was proposed to integrate three and four level of network collaboration and emergencyrouting. The results show that the measure can shorten the emergency recovery time for the servicechannel fault, and effectively improve the emergency response capacity for the three level of Ningxiapower communication network. |
