复合绝缘子伞裙微观特性试验分析

摘    要:复合绝缘子挂网运行数量逐年递增,与瓷或玻璃绝缘子相比较,硅橡胶材料伞套更易出现老化问题,以复合绝缘子伞套材料微观特性为切入点,从伞裙红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热失重、EDS、SEM五个方面对试品伞裙进行微观特性分析。试验结果表明,该批次复合绝缘子氢氧化铝填料含量较少,白炭黑填料较多、填料颗粒度较大,且伞群表明存在填料析出现象。

Abstract:The running numbers of composite insulator are increasing year by year, compared withceramic or glass insulator, silicon rubber umbrella cover is more prone to aging problems. Startingwith the microscopic characteristics of composite insulator umbrella material, the microscopic charac-teristics of the sample umbrella skirt were analyzed from the five aspects of infrared spectroscopy, Xray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) , thermal gravity, energy dispersive spectroscopy ( EDS ) ,scanning electron microscope ( SEM). The test results show that in the batch of composite insulator ,aluminum hydroxide filler contents are less, silica fillers are much more and the filler particles are more big. The umbrella group showed the presence of filler precipitation.
