摘    要:为了给新能源消纳工作提供量化的决策参考依据,提出了电网动态极限约束条件下新能源消纳裕度的计算方法,并建设了电网实时平衡能力监视系统,对新能源消纳状态进行实.时计算与评估。首先针对新能源消纳状态评估指标,建立了电网新能源可用发电电力,电网下调节能力,跨省、跨区通道消纳裕度,直流受端可消纳富余电力等4项量化指标。然后建设了电网实时平衡能力监视系统,并通过其完成省级、区级电网新能源调峰受阻、全网火电下调节能力等数据的计算,通过国调和分中心监视系统进行送受端省级、区级的数据交互,完成跨省、跨区通道裕度和直流受端可消纳富余电力的计算及安全校核。最后电网实时平衡能力监视系统基于以上数据和相关判据对新能源消纳状态进行动态评估。

Abstract:In order to provide quantitative reference for decision-making of new energy consump-tion, the calculation method of new energy consumption margin under dynamic limit constraints ofpower grid is proposed, and a real-time balance capability monitoring system for power grid is estab-lished to calculate and evaluate the state of new energy consumption in real time. Firstly, according tothe evaluation index of the state of new energy consumption, four quantitative indexes are established ,including the available power generation of new energy in the power grid, the regulation capabilityunder the power grid, the inter-provincial or inter-regional channel absorption margin, and theredundant power at the DC receiving end. Then a real-time balance capability monitoring system isconstructed, and the data of provincial-level power grid peaking obstruction of new energy and thepower system regulation ability are calculated. The data of receiving provinces are exchanged by thestate harmonic and sub-central monitoring system, and calculation and safety check of the inter -provincial or inter-regional channel margin and the absorbed redundant power at the DC receivingend are completed. Finally, based on the above data and relevant criteria, the power grid real-time balance capability monitoring system dynamically evaluates the new energy consumption state.
