| 摘 要： | 非热平衡等离子体技术在处理挥发性有机物(VOCs),特别是低浓度VOCs治理方面具有重要作用.介绍了非平衡等离子体产生的方法、处理VOCs的机理以及几种放电方法在脱除VOCs方面的研究现状和成果,最后探讨了非平衡等离子体发展的趋势.

| Abstract: | Non- thermal equilibrium plasma plays an important role in dealing with VOCs, especially in VOCs with low concentration. The method, mechanism, research status and achievement of non - thermal equilibrium plasma have been presented. In the final, further study trend of treatment of plasma discharge to VOCs have also been discussed here. |
