TiO2/海泡石催化剂的制备及其对印染废水的处理

摘    要:分别用焦硫酸钾和钛酸丁酯制得TiO2酸性溶胶,再用浸渍、振荡等方法制得TiO2/海泡石光催化剂。研究了所制得的光催化剂对模拟活性艳兰印染废水的吸附和光催化性能:光催化剂对活性艳兰的吸附能力较原矿粉大大提高;在光催化体系中,活性艳兰的高去除率(>96%)并不是简单的吸附行为,而是发生了光催化降解被完全矿化而去除,说明Ti已经嵌入到海泡石的层间结构中。在反应液中加入H2O能提升光催化降解的速率,同时光催化过程会使溶液pH值朝着中性方向变化。

Abstract:TiO2 acid sol was prepared by potassium pyrosulfate and butyl titanate as raw material,and then TiO2 /sepiolite photocatalyst was prepared by impregnation and oscillation.Its property of photocatalyst and adsorption to simulative reactive brilliant blue printing and dyeing wastewater was studied.It was found that the adsorption capacity of new photocatalyst was greater than raw sepiolite.High removal rate of reactive brilliant blue was not just only a simple adsorption behavior,but also mineralization entir...
