混凝沉淀—水解酸化—好氧工艺处理印染废水

摘    要:采用混凝沉淀--水解酸化--好氧工艺处理印染废水,可获得较好的处理效果,出水水质各项指标达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-92)二级标准。运行结果表明,CODCr平均去除率为81.2%,色度平均去除率为83.3%,该工艺切实可行,具有耐冲击负荷,能耗低,易操作等优点。二沉池部分污泥回流到水解酸化池,保证了水解酸化池内具有一定的污泥浓度,从而提高了去除率。

Abstract:By using the coagulating sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O process,the effluent water quality could meet the second standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile Industry(GB4287-92),with the average removal of COD and Chromaticity of 81.2% and 83.3%,respectively.The results showed that it was feasible for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment to apply the process,with the advantages of powerful shock load resistance,lower energy consumption and easy opera...
