灰色层次分析法在中小型电厂安全性评价中的应用

摘    要:电厂安全性评价是综合运用安全系统工程的方法对系统的安全性进行度量和预测。笔者确定了电厂安全性评价的指标体系,提出了应用灰色层次分析法评价电厂安全性的方法与步骤。该方法能在缺资料、少信息条件下完成建模、预测和决策,将评价专家的分散信息处理成一个描述不同灰类程度的权向量并进行单值化处理,从而可得到受评电厂安全性体系的综合评价值和电厂安全性的等级划分,再应用灰色层次分析法对模型电厂进行了实际评价,其结论是可信、方法适用。

Abstract:The safety evaluation of power plant is to measure and predict the safety grade by applying comprehensively safety system engineering method. The index system of safety evaluation is identified; the method and procedures of safety evaluation by applying the gray analytical hierarchy process are proposed. The model could be established and prediction and decision could be made under limited data and information by this method. It could process scattered information of evaluation expert into a weighted vector describing different gray grades into unique value procession, from which synthesized evaluation value as well as the safety grade of the power plant could be obtained. The method is practiced in a power plant; the results prove that the conclusion is believable.
