污泥固化/稳定化技术现场试验研究

固化/稳定化技术能够解决污泥处理处置中的难题,是一种高效、经济的污泥处理处置技术。但是目前对于固化/稳定化处理设备以及运行工艺方面缺少研究,对现场处理后的效果也缺少相应的评价。结合苏州甪直污水处理厂污泥固化/稳定化处理现场中试试验的需要,研制了一套污泥固化/稳定化处理设备,采用自主研发的固化/稳定化材料开展了污泥固化/稳定化处理的现场试验。现场研究的结果表明,所研制的设备及工艺能够满足污泥固化/稳定化处理的要求,处理后的污泥能够进入填埋场进行安全填埋。

Field Experiment on Solidification/Stabilization of Sludge

Solidification/stabilization(S/S)as an efficient and cost effective treatment process can be applied to the disposal of sludge.However there are few studies on equipment and techniques of S/S as well as effect of field disposal of sludge.According to pilot scale experiment of S/S for sludge in Luzhi Wastewater Treatment Plant,Suzhou,a S/S equipment for disposing sludge was developed and field experiment was done with self-manufactured materials for S/S.Results indicated that the equipment and techniques can satisfy the requirement of S/S and the treated sludge can be transported to the landfill site for landfilling.
