| Abstract: | Abstract This study assesses the effectiveness of MARPOL Annex V regulations, hereafter referred to as the Annex, using observations of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) personnel stationed at major Florida ports. the study was initiated at the request of the 1IOPS Marine Debris Workshop Steering Committee? and was designed to focus on Gulf and Caribbean experiences gained since the Annex became effective. |
