| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展，越来越多的城市已开通或正在进行地铁工程的建设和规划，地铁将在这些城市公共交通中占有重要位置。从国内外地铁建设的历程中可以看出安全管理工作是地铁工程建设的保证，本文结合沈阳地铁工程建设，对安全管理体系、机制和责任进行探讨，有关管理经验可供同类工程的安全管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the quick development of national economy, metro engineering has been in the operation or is in the programming and construction in some cities. Metro possess an important position in city public traffic. From the development course of domestic and foreign metro construction, safety management is a important guarantee to metro engineering construction. Therefore, aiming to Shenyang metro engineering construction, we give a detailed research on the system, the mechanism and the responsibility of safety management. And the concerned management experiences may provide the necessary reference to the safety management of the similar metro engineering. |
