| 摘 要： | 在分析某煤田“十一五”规划投资方案的基础上，在一般层次分析法中引入模糊数学理论，运用模糊层次分析法（FAHP），首先建立投资方案优选模型，对相关经济指标进行统一量化，建立评价指标体系，用于建立资源开发项目投资方案评价优选模型。使资源开发项目投资方案评价优选更加简便易行，具有良好的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the investment plan of a certain coal field , the paper introduces fuzzy theory into the general hierarchy analysis process. It also uses FAHP to build the model of investment plan, and gives the system of assessment index through unifying quantification of the economic index. It will be easier for planning optimization and have a profound theoretical and practical significance. |
