海洋菌对甲胺磷农药降解作用的初步研究

摘    要:从连云港近岸海域分离了10株甲胺磷农药耐药菌。着重研究了菌株B7、B10对甲胺磷农药的降解能力。结果表明,经过12d的培养,菌株B10对甲胺磷的降解率为61.5%,菌株B7的降解率为52.4%;在培养过程中,菌株B10的活菌数量一直高于菌株B7,说明菌株B10比菌株B7更能适应甲胺磷农药。菌株B10利用甲胺磷农药的最适温度是28℃,适宜pH为6.0~7.0。

Abstract:Ten strains of methamidophos-resisting bacteria were isolated from the coastal waters in Lianyungang City, of which Strain B7 and Strain B10 were intensively studied for decomposing methamidophos. The culture endured 12 days and indicated that Strain B10 was the better one in utilizing methamidophos under a certain condition in terms of temperature and pH.
