摘    要:以长江河口湿地生态系统一种习见的大型底栖动物河蚬Corbicula flumunea为研究对象,分析和评价了河蚬对Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd和Cr的积累特性以及长江口区河蚬的生物质量现状.结果表明,河蚬体内Zn和Cu的含量显著高于Cd、Cr和Pb的含量,且Zn和Cu含量之间呈显著的正相关关系.根据河蚬积累的重金属总量,本研究的6个样点中,九段沙上沙和横沙岛东滩的河蚬受重金属污染相对更为严重.与海洋贝类的生物质量标准相比,河蚬体内的重金属含量基本上都还没有超过各自的第二和第三类评价标准,这说明当前长江口区河蚬的生物质量总体上尚较好.图3表4参19

METAL CONTENT AND CONTAMINATION ASSESSMENT IN CORBICULA FLUMINEA FROM THE YANGTZE RIVER ESTUARY
Abstract:Corbicula fluminea, a bivalve commonly distributing in the tidal flats of the Yangtze River estuary, was selected for this study, which aimed to analyze accumulation characteristics of Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd and Cr in C. fluminea and to evaluate current situation of its biological quality. The results showed that Zn and Cu contents were much higher than Cd, Cr and Pb, and also there was significantly positive correlation between Zn and Cu contents. According to its total quantity of accumulated metals, it can be seen that C. fluminea from Jiuduansha and Changxing islands were most severely polluted by heavy metals among the six sampling sites this study. In comparison with the criterions for marine bivalves' biological quality, metal contents in C. fluminea were almost below the second and the third class criterions, this shows that the biological quality of C. fluminea in the Yangtze River estuary is still generally good.
