Abstract:In order to alleviate the problem of heat hazard confronted by the workers in high temperature environment,a portable cooling garment with cold circulation by using the semiconductor refrigeration plate as refrigeration source was designed,and its cooling performance was tested in high temperature environment.The results showed that after operating for 12 minutes under the conditions of 100 W total power and 30 ℃ ambient temperature,the temperature of refrigeration water was reduced to 15.7 ℃.The refrigeration power of the cooling garment under the stable operating conditions was 340.4 W.The ambient temperature of system operating had significant influence on the refrigeration performance of the refrigeration system.Under the same power,the COP of the double-side refrigeration system was 1.3 times as that of the single-side refrigeration system,and its refrigeration performance was less affected by the ambient temperature.The water circulation heat dissipation could significantly improve the heat dissipation performance and refrigeration performance of the refrigeration system.
