摘    要:为保护消防员不受火场坠落物造成的伤害,设计制造1种具有缓冲功能的弹性囊袋结构内衬.基于万能材料试验机拉伸试验确定囊袋结构材料A剂与B剂的最佳比例为1:1;根据理想气体状态方程和弹簧模型推导得到囊袋内填充气压的最佳数值;以此为依据对囊袋结构内衬进行不同加载速率的压缩试验,得到应力应变曲线.研究表明:囊袋结构压缩曲线分为应...

Abstract:In order to protect the firefighters from the injuries caused by falling objects in the fire field,a kind of elastic bag structure lining with the cushioning function was designed and manufactured.Based on the tensile test of universal material testing machine,the optimal ratio of bag structure material was determined as 1∶1 between agent A and agent B.The optimal value of filling pressure in the bag was derived according to the deal gas state equation and the spring model.On this basis,the compression tests under different loading rates were carried out on the inner lining of bag structure,and the stress-strain curves were obtained.The results showed that the compression curve of the bag structure could be divided into two stages of slow stress growth stage and exponential stress growth stage.Using the Mooney-Rivlin classical hyperelastic model combined with Sherwood rate correlation terms as the constitutive model of bag structure can predict and describe the mechanical behavior of material more accurately.
