摘    要:为研究磁化水除尘的最佳磁化条件,提高水的利用率,通过实验得出不同磁化条件下水的表面张力、黏度;然后采用AN-SYS Fluent进行数值模拟得出磁化水降尘性能最佳时的喷雾压力和磁化条件.研究结果表明:当喷射压力为5 MPa时未磁化水的喷雾浓度较大、粒径较小;在此压力下,磁场强度为150 mT、磁化时间为80 s时,磁化...

Abstract:In order to study the optimal magnetization conditions of magnetized water for dust removal,and improve the utilization rate of water,the surface tension and viscosity of water under different magnetization conditions were measured experimentally,and the spray pressure and magnetization conditions with the optimal dust removal performance of magnetized water were obtained by numerical simulation with ANSYS Fluent.The results showed that the spray concentration of unmagnetized water was larger and the particle size was smaller when the spray pressure was 5 MPa.Under this pressure,when the magnetic field intensity was 150 mT and the magnetization time was 80 s,the average particle size of magnetized water droplets decreased by 39.6%,the max particle size decreased by 16.4%,the droplet size was small and distributed evenly,and the dust removal performance was significantly improved.It can provide theoretical guidance for alleviating the problem of dust pollution in underground mine.
