井下巷道-矿车系统风流扰动特征规律实验研究*

摘    要:针对井下巷道-矿车系统易造成巷道风流紊乱、影响矿井通风系统安全稳定性的问题,建立巷道-矿车系统风流扰动模式及影响因素体系,提出表征巷道-矿车系统的风流扰动特征的关键参数,包括巷道扰动风阻、阻塞比、矿车位置,推导矿车运行至巷道不同位置时巷道-矿车系统扰动风阻计算公式,研究巷道风速、阻塞比与巷道风阻的关系。研究结果表明:矿车在巷道中顺风行驶的速度大于风速时,巷道-矿车系统对通风系统进行增压调节;当矿车逆风行驶时,巷道-矿车系统的风阻随着矿井通风系统供风量的增大而减小,最大扰动为矿车驶出巷道时刻,阻塞比与巷道风阻呈现线性递增关系;此外,小风速、小断面巷道运行的矿车对巷道-矿车系统的风阻影响较大,模型求解结果与实测数据的最大误差为6.84%。研究结果可为矿井通风系统的智能化调控提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the roadway-harvester system in the underground is easy to cause the airflow disorder in the roadway,which affects the safety and stability of the mine ventilation system,the airflow disturbance mode and influencing factor system of the roadway-harvester system were established.The key parameters representing the airflow disturbance characteristics of roadway-harvester system were put forward,including the disturbance wind resistance of roadway,blocking ratio and harvester position.A calculation formula for the disturbance wind resistance of roadway-harvester system when the harvester drove to different positions in the roadway was deduced,and the relationship between the roadway wind speed,blocking ratio and roadway wind resistance were studied.The results showed that when the speed of harvester driving in the roadway along the wind was greater than the wind speed,the roadway-harvester system regulated the ventilation system by pressurizing.If the harvester drove against the wind,the wind resistance of roadway-harvester system decreased with the increase of air supply of the mine ventilation system,the maximum disturbance occurred when the harvester drove out of the roadway,and the blocking ratio had a linear increasing relationship with the roadway wind resistance.Furthermore,the harvester driving in the roadway with small wind speed and small section had greater influence on the wind resistance of roadway-harvester system,and the maximum error between the results of model solving and measured data was 6.84%.It provides the theoretical basis for the intelligent regulating and control of mine ventilation system.
