制革废水处理及回用一元化技术

摘    要:制革废水是一种含多种污染物的混合废水,经碱沉淀法回收后,废水中CODcr>2000mg/L,BOD5>1000mg/L,S^2^->0-100mg/L。经气浮→氧化沟法处理后,CODcr去除率>90%,BOD5去除率>95%,S^2^-去除率≥98%。经处理后的出水,进一步采用混凝→沉淀→过滤一元化技术处理后,其水质达到回用水的各项指标,水的循环回用率可达50%。

Abstract:Tannery wastewater is a kind of mixed wastewater which contains many kinds of pollutant. After chrome in waste-water is recovered with alkali precipitation, the results are as followings: CODcr>2000mg/L, BOD5 > l000mg/L, S-2> 0- l00mg/L. Treated with the process of flotationoxidation ditch, the remove rate of CODcr, BOD5 and S"2 is more than 90%, 95% and 98% respectively. After the treated effluent is deeply treated with the centralized technology of coagulation-settlement-filtration, the water quality can reach the various index of reused water. The water circulation rate will be 50%.
