钢铁低温磷化清洁生产工艺研究

摘    要:根据我国能源短缺现状,研究出钢铁低温磷化清洁生产工艺,给出了最新工艺配方。此磷化工艺具有低温性(节能)、低渣量、快速性、低成本的特点。

Abstract:Synthetic plovmer was used to treat the wastewater from FuZhou printing and dyeing factory in JiangXi provice,c lot of laboratorical data had been obtained.The result showed that the method of tracting printing and dycing wastewatcr with ploymer was successful on decreasing chemical oxygen dimand and colour ects.The Remoring Rabe of COD Cr is about 50% and the Remoring Rate of colour is 90%.
