光助-Fenton法处理均酐生产废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用光助-Fenton处理均苯四甲酸二酐生产废水。以废水的TOC去除率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,对影响光助-Fenton的因素进行分析。结果表明:室温下,在反应初始pH=3.5,[H2O2]=12mmol/L,[Fe2+]=1.5mmol/L,反应时间为80min,光源为500W汞灯的条件下,TOC的去除率NN达到76%。

Abstract:The wastewater treatment in pyromellitic dianhydride production by photo-Fenton was studied.With the removal rate of TOC as criterion,factors for photo-Fenton were analyzed through single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that: using 500w mercury lamp,the initial pH =3.5,=12mmol/L,=1.5mmol/L respectively,the reaction time was 80 min under room temperature,removal rate of TOC reached 76%.
